P2 Visa Processing
Obtain a work visa to perform in the United States
Any musician, vocalist, or provider of musical services (copyists, arrangers, technical staff, back-up vocalists and dancers) regardless of musical style is eligible for membership. To join our Association, please fill out this application form and send it to us.
Applications are reviewed by a membership committee. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be asked to attend a brief orientation session so we can help you learn all our practices and procedures.
Initiation Fees
New applicants: $95.00 ($30.00 Local, $65.00 AFM) plus membership dues
Current members of other Locals: $30.00 Local initiation fee plus membership dues
2011 Membership Dues
$148 for the year if paying by quarter ($37 per quarter)
$77 for Life Members (members who are at least 65 years of age with 35 years of uninterrupted CFM/AFM membership)
You can remit membership dues payments to us online using our secure credit card payment services provided by PayPal. You may also make payments by cheque or money order payable to “Musicians' Association of Victoria & the Islands.”
